The Community and Public Relations Department is responsible for District communications, public/media relations, public information and marketing. We promote the Tempe Union High School District, its students and staff. We celebrate and share their outstanding programs, activities and accomplishments with our community.
We produce and distribute news releases to print, television and digital media. We respond to media inquiries and work with the media to disseminate emergency notifications.
The Community Relations Department builds relationships with our communities and businesses to support and advocate for district goals. We host an annual Business Partner Recognition Reception to honor the invaluable connections that support our mission of “Excellence in Teaching and Learning.”
We design marketing and recruiting materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements and videos. We are also responsible for managing the content and design of the District website and social media sites.
We process public information requests and encourage parents and the public to engage with us. We welcome your comments, suggestions and ideas for providing information to our students, staff and community.
