Degrees and Certifications:

Stacy White,
Assistant Principal, Academics

I was raised in Lexington, Nebraska and attended the University of Nebraska where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education with a minor in Physical Education and later a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. After two years of teaching in the Lincoln Public School District, I moved to Arizona in 1998 and began teaching in the Tempe Union High School District at Desert Vista High School in the area of special education. While teaching at Desert Vista, I attended Arizona State University and completed a second Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Supervision. During my years in the district, I have served as a District Special Education Coordinator, Activities Assistant Principal, Athletic Director and Academics Assistant Principal.

I have one child named Madelynn and she attends the University of Arizona. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of a fabulous staff, as well as, being able to serve the families and community in which I live.
