Welcome to the Marcos de Niza High School Social Studies Department. Our goal is to provide students with the skills and the conditions of mind that they will need in order to make sense of their world and to be active citizens in our ever-changing society. We do this by promoting knowledge of the core content of historical, political, economic, legal, and cultural issues of our world, our nation, and our community.
