The Site Council serves as an advisory body in areas such as school improvement, staff evaluation, instructional strategies, school renovations, curriculum development, school safety issues, and parent/educator relations.
The Purpose of the Site Council is to assist and lead the Marcos de Niza community in achieving its goals and missions:
- Act as an MdN advocate in the community, TUHSD governing board, and District Office in support of educational excellence and equity;
- Participate in the process and implementation of issues that affect the MdN community and campus;
- Foster parental and community support and involvement.
Meeting Information:
First Wednesday of each month in room 124 at 3:15 PM.
