  • ANNOUNCEMENTS--Must be submitted by 7am the day of to be read.
     
     
    Posters
    • All posters must be initialed by the sponsor first then submitted to the Activities Assistant for a stamped approval.
    • Larger posters must be securely taped on brick walls.
    • White painted surfaces may not be posted on.
    • All materials must be cleaned and disposed of immediately after the advertised date has passed.

    Flyers

    • All flyers must be initialed by the sponsor first then submitted to the Activities Assistant for a stamped approval (before duplicates are created).
    • White painted surfaces may not be posted on.
    • All materials must be cleaned and disposed of immediately after the advertised date has passed.

    Social Media 

    • All social media posting using the club’s accounts must be monitored and approved by the sponsor. The sponsor must have direct access to the account to make edits if necessary. Social Media account names must be on file with the Activities Office.

    News Outlets

    • Press releases, interviews, photos, etc. must be approved by the Activities Principal and then the Executive Director of Community Relations at the District Office.
