ANNOUNCEMENTS--Must be submitted by 3pm the day before to be read the next day.
Posters- All posters must be initialed by the Activities Assistant Principal prior to making copies and posting.
- Larger posters must be securely taped on brick walls only with tape.
- ALL painted surfaces may not be posted on unless using blue painters tape.
- All materials must be cleaned and disposed of immediately after the advertised date has passed.
- Advertising not approved by the Activities office will be removed from campus.
Flyers
- All flyers must be initialed by the Activities Assistant Principal prior to making copies and posting (before duplicates are created).
- ALL painted surfaces may not be posted on unless using blue painters tape.
- All materials must be cleaned and disposed of immediately after the advertised date has passed.
- Advertising not approved by the Activities office will be removed from campus.
Social Media
- All social media posting using the club’s accounts must be monitored and approved by the sponsor. The sponsor must have direct access to the account at all times to make edits if necessary.
- Social Media account names and access passwords must be on file with the Activities Office.
News Outlets
- Press releases, interviews, photos, etc. must be approved by the Activities Principal and then the Executive Director of Community Relations at the District Office.
