Open Enrollment enables Arizona students to attend public schools outside their attendance area. In accordance with state law, the Tempe Union High School District has established an open enrollment policy.

In compliance with ARS 15-816, each school's capacity is listed on this page with which grade levels and/or specialized programming is currently available for the acceptance of Open Enrollment. Please note that capacities fluctuate with enrollment throughout the school year. This information will be updated every twelve weeks.

Capacity for each individual student is based on the totality of their needs and services, not on the available capacity for just a portion of their services.
