2024 Governing Board Long-Term Budget Planning Committee Meetings
- Purpose - The Governing Board Long Term Budget Committee’s purpose is to review and deliberate long term financial strategies, review ADM/enrollment trends and projections, evaluate potential fiscal challenges, and provide informed recommendations to the Governing Board by December 2024.
- Interim reports will be presented during a May 2024 and October 2024 Governing Board Meeting.
- The committee’s final recommendation will be presented at a December 2024 Governing Board Meeting.

Public Meeting Notices | Governing Board meetings will be held in the Governing Board Room of the Benedict Education Center: 500 W. Guadalupe Rd. Tempe, AZ 85283.
Meetings are open to the public. Seating capacity is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Governing Board meetings will also be live-streamed on the District YouTube channel.- Next Regular Governing Board Meeting: December 11, 2024 | 7 PM
