Welcome to McClintock Academics Office

  • You will find that McClintock provides a wide array of academic opportunities on campus and off. This meets both the needs of college and non-college bound students. Some of these offerings include:

    • Advanced Placement (AP) courses
    • Dual enrollment courses through Arizona State University and the Maricopa County Community Colleges
    • Honors courses
    • Peggy Payne Academy
    • Vocational courses (EVIT)

Our attendance policies and code of conduct (in accordance with policies of Tempe Union High School District) ensure a safe learning environment so that all students may meet their graduation requirements.

McClintock's Site Council has mandated a closed campus during the lunch hour for Freshman and Sophomores but allows Junior and Senior to leave during that 45 minute lunch period.

We encourage that both students and parents/guardians get involved and be active on campus. You can visit our web pages for a calendar of activities and athletic events. You may also wish to consult our page of frequently asked questions.

If you need information about the AZMerit Test or help in preparing your student for it, visit the Arizona Department of Education State Standards website.

Please take a moment each week to look at your student’s grades online. You can access online grades from ParentVUE. This valuable tool will assist you in tracking how your child is making progress.

Finally, please feel free to contact our office if you have questions or concerns.
