The McClintock Science Department has a goal of preparing our high school students with the basic ideas needed and involved with their college education and future lives. We cover main courses such as Biology, Chemistry, and Physics but also offer special courses such as Botany, Astronomy, Geology, and Ecology. For our advanced students, we offer accelerated courses such as honors, academy, and Advanced Placement classes to give them the ability to learn more productively.

Our teachers are professionals in their specific classes and offer significant help to students who need it. We offer many scientific clubs at McClintock High School that offer interested students a greater involvement in fields that they may want to study in college, including the robotics club and the science club.
