Teenage Pregnancy Program (TAPP)

  • The TAPP Program is located at Compadre Academy.  Regular credits can be earned while attending Compadre and specially designed credits can be earned through Teenage Pregnancy and Parenting (TAPP) classes.

Comprehensive services offered at Compadre Academy include specialized counseling, case management, support groups, mentoring and transportation.  Childcare is provided both on and off campus for babies 2-weeks to 3-years of age.

The Adolescent Pregnancy and Parenting Little Essential Store (APPLES) provides a character education and academic incentive program to parenting teens.  The store provides diapers, wipes, clothing and baby essentials in exchange for "baby bucks".  The store operates solely on donations.  Please talk to the TAPP coordinator for more details.
