- The fee schedule for facility rentals has been updated. Please review the Facility Use Fee Schedule approved 8-6-2025 to note the changes in pricing. Prior to submitting your request.
- Complete the appropriate Facility Request Form. For internal groups submit the Internal Facility Request Form. For outside groups please complete the Outside Facility Request Form. Submit completed forms via email to FacilityRentals@tempeunion.org.
- If no response is received within three (3) business days, follow up via email with the Facility Use Coordinator at FacilityRentals@tempeunion.org.
- If the facility request is approved:
a. A Facility Use Agreement containing our policies, regulations, and procedures will be emailed to the client for initials and signature.
b. A Price Quote/Facility Confirmation will be emailed separately to the client.
c. A Certificate of Liability Insurance with Tempe Union High School District identified as the additional named insured must be submitted to the Facility Use Coordinator, upon approval of the event. Failure to provide the COI in a timely manner may forfeit your reservation, as a final permit will not be issued until the COI is received.
d. If the facility request is not approved, the Facility Use Coordinator will notify the client.
e. The initial invoice will be sent along with the signed permit. Payment for rental is due 72 hours prior to event. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the event, unless prior payment arrangements have been made with the District. Payments will be accepted via credit/debit card, or check. Please make checks payable to Tempe Union High School District Civic Center Fund.
f. Should the event details change, the Site Supervisor will communicate with the Facility Use Coordinator and an additional invoice may be sent for event incidentals. (Extended event time, additional services provided, excessive trash, etc…)
