TEMPE, AZ — The Tempe Union High School District is proud to announce that all six of its comprehensive high schools—Tempe High, McClintock, Marcos de Niza, Corona del Sol, Mountain Pointe, and Desert Vista—have received an “A” rating based on state-wide performance measures. This remarkable achievement is a testament to the dedication and hard work of students, educators, and the entire school community.

TUHSD | NSPA is proud to recognize seven recipients for this year’s Pioneer class. The Pioneer is the highest award NSPA presents to journalism educators.  Pioneers are individuals who make substantial contributions to high school publications and journalism programs. Judy Allen, Michelle Coro, Sandra Coyer, Justin Daigle, Heather Nagel, Jed Palmer and Mike Taylor are this year’s honorees...

July 11, 2024 – Tempe, AZ - Tempe Union High School District will be participating in the School Breakfast Program and the National School Lunch Program for the 204/25 school year. As part of this program, Tempe Union High School District will offer healthy meals every school day. Breakfast will cost $1.75 and lunch will cost $3.50. Your child(ren) may qualify for free or reduced-price meals. Reduced-price meals cost $0.30 for breakfast and $0.40 for lunch. Due to a USDA waiver reduced meals will be served at no charge while funding is available.
