Strategic Goal #1: We will provide equitable, relevant and challenging learning experiences that ensure all students develop skills that lead to success beyond high school as educated citizens who contribute to their community..
As part of our operational plan, the following objectives and strategies were developed:
- Ensure learning for all students by providing effective first instruction, engaging activities, ongoing support and specific feedback to students.
- Provide differentiated paths for learning by encouraging students to explore college and/or career choices.
- Develop the student’s ability to think critically and apply knowledge in unique ways to solve challenges facing our communities.
- Bridge gaps between disciplines for students to seek connections, integrate knowledge and collaboratively address complex issues.
- Foster intellectual curiosity to promote engagement and a commitment to lifelong learning.
- Facilitate the ethical use of digital tools for research, communication, and problem-solving while critically assessing sources of information for credibility, bias, and relevance.
