Public Meeting Notices

  • The public is advised that the July 15, 2020, Governing Board meeting has been cancelled. Per District Policy BE, School Governing Board Meetings, “A regular meeting may be rescheduled or canceled…by declaration of the Governing Board President…in consultation with the Superintendent, when a significant event beyond the Governing Board’s control renders attendance at the meeting unsafe or unreasonable in light of…a local, state, or national emergency of a magnitude it intervenes to the extent that convening of the meeting is inadvisable.” This decision was made because of the increased number of positive COVID-19 cases being reported in Arizona. The public is reminded that the District will be hosting a virtual forum on Tuesday, July 14 at 6 PM to answer questions about safely reopening the new school year for everyone. This event will be streamed live on our YouTube channel and we encourage you to join us virtually. Questions can be submitted in advance by using this link.

    • The next regular Governing Board Meeting will be August 5, 2020, at TBD.
