  • The Transition from School to Work (TSW) program is a partnership between Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) and Tempe Union High School District.  
  • This partnership provides:
    • Financial Support–Vocational Rehabilitation and TUHSD partner to cover the program’s cost
    • Student connection to VR–Enrollment and connection with VR services during high school provides a seamless transition for continued career counseling and support beyond high school graduation
Enhanced Transition Services–Students enrolled in the TSW program have access to enhanced transition services on campus and through the Bridge to Success work-based learning course
