Tempe Union High School District's new strategic plan shaped by a year of parent and student input has one central theme: preparing all students for success beyond high school.

To meet this goal, the Special Education Department launched Future READY, a dedicated vision to strengthen academic and transition services for students with disabilities.

This isn't just a tagline; it guides how we plan instruction, support transition to post-secondary life, and contribute to the district’s broader goals. Future READY ensures the needs of students with disabilities are embedded in every improvement effort and is about making our belief in every student's potential a reality.
