Corona del Sol will be hosting two Vaccine POD events; The first one will take place on Monday, August 23rd and the second POD will take place on Monday, September 13th, with no appointment necessary! The events will both take place from 9 AM- 1 PM in the small gym for our Aztec students, staff, and parents. The vaccine provided will be Pfizer, and there will be opportunities to receive both the first and second dose of the vaccine throughout the event. Participants MUST bring a completed permission form in order to receive their vaccine. You can find the necessary permission slips attached below.
