Desert Vista will be hosting two Vaccine POD events; The first one will take place on Tuesday, August 24th and the second POD will take place on Tuesday, September 14th, with no appointment necessary! The events will both take place from 9 AM- 1 PM in the large gym off the Student Parking Lot for our Thunder students, staff, and families. The vaccine provided will be Pfizer, and there will be opportunities to receive both the first and second dose of the vaccine throughout the event. Participants MUST bring a completed permission form in order to receive their vaccine. You can find the necessary permission slips attached below.
