Questions? Contact your school's counseling office.
Students may face high levels of stress during this time, feeling the pressure related to standardized exams, college admissions and the day-to-to day demands of school. We want our students to know that they're not alone and our school community is here to help them.
If students start feeling too stressed out at any point this month, they are encouraged to speak to someone they trust, like a teacher or school counselor. They can always reach out to Teen Lifeline's confidential hotline by calling or texting the number on the back of their school ID.
