TUHSD 2019-2020 School Year: What you need to know

Tempe Union High School District's 2019-2020 school year is quickly approaching! Here's what you need to know before school starts on August 5, 2019.

ParentVUE: Online Verification

Beginning July 15, all existing ParentVue users will be prompted to verify and update information connected to their student(s). A parent/guardian must have educational rights in order to update the information. Parent/Guardians will not be able to view their student’s schedule until this process is complete.

Parents of freshman will be given a ParentVUE access code at their respective school's book distribution.

  1. Log on to ParentVue (if you do not have a ParentVue account, access to a computer, or need other assistance, call your school’s front office.)
  2. Look for the "Online Registration" button in the upper righthand corner of the screen. This button will be located near the "My Account" button. Click it.
  3. After clicking this button, the Online Verification will open. You will be asked to:
    1. Ensure all address, phone numbers and email addresses are correct.
    2. Read and acknowledge the 2019-2020 Student/Parent Handbook
    3. Update emergency contact information.
  4. Once you have completed the process, you will have access to your ParentVue account. Student schedules will post the weekend before the first day of school.
  5. From the mobile phone that you have listed in ParentVue, TEXT “Y” to 67587
  6. Make a point to NOT mark emails from your teachers, school administrators, or district personnel as spam or junk. This will prevent Tempe Union and your school from sending you ANY emails, including emails during an emergency.
