Desert Vista Film & TV program brings home Rocky Mountain Emmy

DVTV brings home student Emmy award

Desert Vista Film & TV students took home an Emmy for their student newscast: DVTV.

Students from Arizona high schools and colleges were honored at the 2019 Rocky Mountain Student Production Emmy awards ceremony at Omni Montelucia Resort on Sept. 14, 2019. The night honored reporters, longform projects and student broadcast programs.

Several Desert Vista students were also nominated for Emmy awards for individual projects, including Noah Terrell, Alexandra Waters and Matthew Neal.
