PROPOSED TEXTBOOKS AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW
January 11, 2024 – During last night’s Governing Board meeting, it was recommended that the Board approve the adoption of health resources for use during the 2024-2025 school year.
The recommendation was made by the Health Resource Adoption Committee. The committee is composed of TUHSD teachers and staff members.
As a result of this recommendation, a 60-day review period will commence. The textbooks will be available in the lobby of the District Office during regular business hours through March 11, 2024, for further review by families, Board members, staff and community members. The District Office is located at 500 West Guadalupe Road, Tempe, AZ, 85283.
At the close of the review period, the agenda item will be brought back to the Board at their April 3, 2024, meeting for further discussion and final adoption.
Questions regarding the textbook adoption process can be directed to Mr. Steve Threadgill, Director of Instructional Services at 480-839-0292.
